Please review all policies before booking your appointment
Booking Your Experience

A deposit is required to book an appointment and will be applied to the balance of your service.

Deposits are non-refundable, but can be used as a credit towards a rescheduled appointment if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.

SKIN ANALYSIS

Involves interactive dialogue about your current concerns, goals, medications, diet and skin care regimen.

 

Skin analysis included in all facial services*

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.

If cancelled in time, your deposit can be credited to your rescheduled appointment.

SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS AND NO CALL/NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% of the service scheduled

Clients are allowed a 20-minute grace period — after which the appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.

COVID-19 Safety

It’s important that my clients know that I am following proper protocols to ensure your safety during and after COVID-19.

 

Please refrain from visiting the spa if, in the two weeks prior to the appointment, you have exhibited any symptoms of COVID-19 or tested positive for COVID-19, or if you have been in close contact with anyone who has exhibited such symptoms or who tested positive for COVID-19.

 

I won’t be able to host anyone but the client. Please do not bring other guest(s), other than a parent or guardian for a minor client or a caretaker for a disabled client.

 

I appreciate your understanding and support. Your safety and well-being is extremely important and to keep everyone safe, I ask that all clients please abide by the following guidelines.
